<abstract lang="en"><p id="p0001" num="0001">The invention relates to a device for spatial titanium-coating of profiled valves of complex shapes  and maximized surfaces, subjected to titanium ion emission, in titanium-coating plants, meant to be applied in the field of machine building. According to the invention, the device comprises some bearings  (<b>6</b>) and some gearings (<b>7 and 8</b>) with torque transfer without additional engine provision, which are introduced into a bathyscaphe (<b>3</b>) of a given size, known per se, achieving the continuous rotation  and spatial exposure of the active surface to a/some profiled valve(s) (<b>4</b>), towards the ionizing gun, during the entire duration of the multi-layer titanium-coating process, exhibiting a unitary  and modular structure which is versatile and reliable, being interchangeable, quickly adapting with minimum costs to any titanium-coating plant, being able to simultaneously process several profiled  valves (<b>4</b>), with sizes maximized to a diameter (<b>D<sub>2</sub>/2</b>), with effective use of the available space inside the vacuumed enclosure of the bathyscaphe (<b>3</b>). </p>

<abstract lang="ro"><p id="p0001" num="0001">Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv pentru titanizarea spaţială a supapelor profilate cu forme complexe  şi dimensiuni majorate maximal, supuse emisiei ionilor de titan, în batiscaful instalaţiei de titanizare, şi se aplică în domeniul construcţiilor de maşini. Dispozitivul, conform invenţiei, cuprinde  nişte lagăre (<b>6</b>) şi nişte angrenaje (<b>7 şi 8</b>), cu transfer de cuplu fără motorizări suplimentare, introduse într-un batiscaf (<b>3</b>) de mărime dată, cunoscută, realizând rotirea continuă şi  expunerea spaţială a suprafeţei active la o supapă sau la nişte supape (<b>4</b>) profilate, spre tunul de ionizare, pe toată durata procesului de titanizare multistrat, structura unitară şi modulată, suplă şi fiabilă,  fiind interschimbabilă, cu adaptări rapide şi costuri minime pe orice instalaţie de titanizare, şi poate procesa simultan una sau mai multe supape (<b>4</b>) profilate, având dimensiuni majorate maximal  la un diametru (<b>D<sub>2</sub>/2</b>), folosind eficient spaţiul disponibil în incinta vidată a batiscafului (<b>3</b>). </p>
